I remember the days. . . curse celiac disease and the accompanying required gluten avoidance!
I have yet to make good bread - not that I've tried all that much. A good friend of mine makes all of her own bread and said it took her a good year to get the recipe down. I'm not that patient.
Are you going to be posting the recipe for the bread. It looks beautiful.
I will post the recipe if I can. I have to ask the owner's permission first :-)
